FOCUS
Ilagam & Co is a production company founded in 2005 by Magali Potier, a producer with over 35 years of experience in advertising, documentary, television, and cinema.
Through her various companies (Magali Films, White Panama Films, and Ilagam & Co), she has produced more than 300 commercials for major brands and institutions, collaborating with feature film directors such as Guillaume Canet, Philippe Lioret, Mathieu Kassovitz, Jessica Palud, Pascal Couvelaire, Olivier Dahan, and Tony Kaye.
In television, her editorial choices have been particularly expressed in documentary, notably with Canal+ Original Creations such as Générikart, Be Kind, Remake, Les Branleuses, and Un vrai sport de gonzesses, which won the Laurier Award for Best Sports Documentary in 2013. She also co-produced Portraits de groupe avec enfants et motocyclettes (selected at Cannes).
In fiction, Magali Potier produced Place des Victoires, a film by Yoann Guillouzouic starring Guillaume de Tonquédec and Richard Bohringer.
She also produced Afflicted, a film written and directed by Clif Prowse and Derek Lee, the series Yes I Do for Canal+, as well as several short films broadcast on Canal+ and featured in festivals (Animal singulier, Le petit homme bleu, La Clef du problème, Par consentement mutuel…).
She is currently developing several feature film projects, including Rouge, Le goût de la vie, and L’Éternel.
